The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the United States, in English, and the award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred in connection with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines that a different allocation is warranted.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Site.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
